ABOUT ABOUT

AENY - Spanish Artists in New York proudly presents PLAY LOUD! Chamber Music Festival in collaboration with Instituto Cervantes.

This inaugural edition is set to launch at the Instituto Cervantes headquarters in New York City, from December 9th to December 11th and comprises an eclectic program with three innovative ensembles exploring the intersections between music and story in their own particular way.

CRE.ART PROJECT ENSEMBLE

Founded in 2006 in Spain by musicians Guillermo Laporta and Tagore Gonzalez, Cre.Art Project operates under the idea of multidisciplinary interaction.  The collective aims to produce shows that connect chamber music with theatre, dance, and the audiovisual to evoke a total sensory experience.

Cre.Art Project Ensemble presents at the Cervantes Institute with performances of Paris a.m., a production that indulges in how the city of Paris and its artists inspired the age of Impressionism.  The show will interweave visual projections and actors reciting French poetry within the chamber music of Debussy, Roussel, and Pierne.
